Our honey is always raw (unpasteurized) ensuring all of mother nature's goodness is preserved in this liquid gold. We only lightly strain our honey ensuring it will contain all of the health benefits of the pollen, propolis, enzymes, vitamins, and minerals.

Colors and taste may vary with our honey depending on the plants the bees are foraging from. In the spring honey is the lightest and increases in darkness as the season progresses.
